Why “Smart Monkey?”

The Smart Monkey name originated from an experiment conducted at the Copenhagen Zoo. The apes were given piles of organic and non-organic food to eat. As long as organic food remained, the apes would not eat the non-organic. What’s more, the apes ate the entire organic banana, peel and all. However, they peeled the non-organic banana, tossed the peel and ate only the fruit. What smart monkeys!

Our goal is provide as many organic and natural homemade dishes as possible and still maintain affordability.
